Dr. Rosa Rousseau is currently the Service Educator for Pediatrics, Neuroscience, and Behavioral Health, at the NIH, Clinical Center. Dr. Rousseau has 27+ years of pediatric, neonatal, high-risk maternity, and flight nursing experience. Dr. Rousseau has also worked in the field of clinical simulation since 2010, integrating simulation into nursing curricula, and designing simulation labs. As Service Educator for NBHP, she works closely with clinical educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate staff education and training. She has published articles and presented at several national and international conferences on the topic of healthcare simulation.
