Kelly Foltz-Ramos is a graduate of the University at Buffalo Graduate School of Education with a PhD in Curriculum, Instruction, & the Science of Learning as well as an advanced certificate in Educational Technology and New Literacies. She is licensed registered nurse and a board certified family nurse practitioner. Dr. Foltz-Ramos currently serves as the Director of Simulation and an Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo School of Nursing.
