Marrice King has been a Registered Nurse for 39 years. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Owens Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Phoenix, and her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Walden University. Continuing her education in simulation she graduated from RMU with a Post Graduate Certificate, focusing on Leadership in Simulation. She holds certification in Nursing Profession Development [NPD-BC] and Simulation [CHSE]. Marrice serves as a healthcare simulationist for her health system, advocating for evidence-based simulated learning. Marrice’s specific areas of interest are the professional development of simulation facilitators, researching and developing ways of utilizing simulation-based learning with large groups and curriculum development utilizing simulation in situ, and sim in the classroom
