Dr. Donna McDermott is a Professor and Associate Dean of Simulation at the University of South Florida College of Nursing Simulation Center. She has been an active INACSL member since 2010, most recently as a Nurse Planner, content developer for the SSH-INACSL Regional Workshops, and an invited member of the Standards Committee. Dr. McDermott holds her CHSE-A and serves as an accreditation site reviewer through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare. She has published several articles in Clinical Simulation in Nursing, including her research on prebriefing.
