Dr Lisa Harrington is an assistant professor in the Anderson College of Nursing and Health Professions at the University of North Alabama. She teaches Mental Health Nursing in the undergraduate program. She has been a mental health nurse for over 25 years. She has been published twice in peer-reviewed journals, and her focus is primarily on nursing education and mental health integration. She has developed two unique mental health simulations that utilize standardized patients. Dr. Harrington is interested in collaborative and interdisciplinary simulation development.
