Dr. Jefferson Garcia Guerrero is a graduate of Bachelors of Science in Nursing with a postgraduate degree of Doctor in Nursing Science (DNS) and Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing (Ph.D) and currently working at Fakeeh College for Medical Sciences (FCMS) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with his current position as the Director of the Masters in Critical Care Nursing Program and Director of the FCMS-Clinical Skills and Simulation Center. Dr. Jefferson's research focuses on the impact of simulation on advancing the clinical competency of nursing students and professional nurses.
