Ashleigh Woods, EdD, RN, CNE graduated from the University of Alabama with doctorate in 2016, with MSN in 2014, and with BSN in 2007 and is employed by Berry College in Rome, Georgia. Dr. Woods has published in several peer-reviewed journals, including Nursing Education Perspectives. Dr. Woods currently serves as a Clincal Assistant Professor at Berry College and as registered nurse in labor and delivery at Atriumhealth Floyd. Dr. Woods is interested in advancing the science of simulation through research of techniques.
Dr. Tanya Naguszewski earned her Ph.D. in Nursing from Mercer University. Dr. Naguszewski is a clinical associate professor of nursing and joined the faculty of Berry College in 2013. Her teaching interests include nursing foundations, physical assessment, pathophysiology & pharmacology, mental health, geriatrics, and end-of-life care. She has 15 years of experience in human patient simulation.
Ms. Natalie Tracy graduated from Berry College in 2016 with her BSN and from Liberty University in 2021 with her MSN in Nursing Education. She has six years of emergency room experience and has also worked as a simulation lab technician and simulation coordinator for adult health. She began her PhD studies through Augusta University this past fall. Her research interests include secondary traumatic stress amongst healthcare workers.
