Lauren Dela Cruz earned a BSN in 2013 from CUNY- Hunter College, as a Hunter Community Scholar. She then received her Master's degree in the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) program at NYU in 2019, and also recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at NYU in 2023. Lauren has 10 years experience as a nurse, and her passion lies within cardiology. As a nurse, she worked in cardiovascular ICU in Mount Sinai Hospital and coronary care ICU/cardiothoracic ICU in Montefiore Hospital. Currently, she works as nurse practitioner for nearly 4 years in Cardiology, with her current focus on outpatient cardiology.
